Please note that the NJ PMS Customer Care Service will be operational on Monday, 20th October 2025, from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. We appreciate your understanding and wish you and your family a joyous and prosperous Diwali.

Please note that the NJ PMS Desk will be temporarily unavailable on September 30, 2025, from 07:30 PM to 08:30 PM due to platform upgrades aimed at providing a new and enhanced experience. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience.

In lieu of the Janmashtami, August 16, 2025 is declared as a Non-Business day for NJ PMS. Accordingly, transactions shall not be accepted and payouts shall be processed on the next business day. The Customer Care team will also be non-operational on August 16, 2025.

In lieu of the Maharashtra Assembly Elections, November 20, 2024 is declared as a Non-Business day for NJ PMS. Accordingly, transactions shall not be accepted and payouts shall be processed on the next business day. The Customer Care team will also be non-operational on November 20, 2024.

In lieu of Dhanteras and Diwali we would like to inform you of adjusted NJ PMS customer care timings for Dhanteras and Diwali are:

Dhanteras (29th October): 10:00 AM to 2:30 PM.

Diwali (31st October): 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

In lieu of the Lok Sabha General Elections, May 20, 2024 is declared as a Non-Business day for NJ PMS. Accordingly, transactions shall not be accepted and payouts shall be processed on the next business day. The Customer Care team will also be non-operational on May 20, 2024.

In lieu of the Lok Sabha General Elections, May 07, 2024 is declared as a Non-Business day for NJ PMS. Accordingly, transactions shall not be accepted and payouts shall be processed on the next business day. The Customer Care team will also be non-operational on May 07, 2024.

Important Update: This is to inform you that our NJ PMS Customer Care service will be unavailable on Saturday, March 2, 2024. We will resume our services on Monday, March 4, 2024 at 10:00 am.

13th November, 2023 will be a Non Business day for NJ PMS on account of Diwali. Accordingly, transactions shall not be accepted and payouts processing will be deferred to the next business day. The Customer Care team shall remain non operational on this day.

On the occasion of 'Anant Chaturdashi', NJ PMS Customer Care will be operational till 02:00 PM on September 28th, 2023

State Election voting, 1st December, 2022 will be a Non Business day for NJ PMS. Accordingly, transactions shall not be accepted and payouts processing will be deferred to the next business day. The Customer Care team shall remain non operational on this day.

Makar Sankranti, 14th January, 2022 will be a Non Business day for NJ PMS. Accordingly, transactions shall not be accepted and payouts processing will be deferred to the next business day. The Customer Care team shall remain non operational on this day.
